Our upholstery cushions are hand made for each customer individually from A-Z. The highest caution in the manufactured production in connection with high quality filling material ensures the excellent quality of our upholstered elements.
Our 3 shift operation with its own just in time logistics offer you a maximum of flexibility and absolute adherence to delivery dates. Innovativeness and decades of experience make it possible for us to handle diverse and also difficult tasks – with us there are practically no limits for your design ideas.

material
Feathers
Duck and goose feathers are very strongly curved. In addition, due to the curvature the filling does not tend to the quick formation of holes, but to a better retraction with a sufficient filling amount.
PU-foam
A high air content within the volume. Through the foaming an open pored comb structure results with a good air permeability. Highly elastic and stable, physiologically and toxicologically safe.
PU-Rhombe
1A certified goods, can be shaken out, smooth, quiet surface. Through the rhombic cut an optimal condensation of the filling material in the cushion is reached.
Polyester fibers
hollow, spirally curling, high retraction capability, similar function like the upholstery spring, in a mixture with PU foams has a smooth surface and a high form stability. A high amount of silicone on the fibers ensures the smoothness of the individual fibers and the mixture. The cushion can be shaken out better and is anti-allergenic.
Polyester fiber balls
further processed polyester fibers with a high retraction capability. Through the “balling” of the fibers a higher stability is reached.
Latex
Natural raw material with the highest point elasticity. Pleasantly soft, soft elastic sitting feeling.

The unique sitting comfort which is reached through our upholstery material is based on six essential characteristics:

Featherlux® Brillant
The Feartherlux® Cushion has been patent pending. This reversible cushion is characterized by its applied stitching technique. This prevents slippage of the fillings, especially in the corners and sides.
The incorporated carrier in conjunction with the sewn bag give the upholstered furniture the best seating comfort from casual to firm.
The filling and carrier qualities are variable.
LGA-Report
Recapitulatory it is to be stated that the product meets all technical requirements of the test and quality regulations of the Deutsche Gütegemeinschaft Möbel e.V. RAL-RG 430/4.
The test results are clearly under the demanded values by maximally 5% for the loss in thickness and maximally 20% for the hardness change.
After the test the loss in thickness amounted to 0.7%, the hardness change amounted to 16.9%
Anti-Flame
With our Anti-Flame line, we are well placed for export business.
Both the ticking and the various types of filling and foam padding used are flame-retardent, in compliance with British Standard 5852, Part. 2 and the California Standard.

It depends on the mixture!
Through the mixing of our filling materials, their advantages are combined and partially even reinforced. The mixtures consist of 2, 3 or more components and are fully free of clumping. Of course we would also be glad to combine your individual mixture depending on your wishes.
